Microsoft Purview, AI, and Copilot Implementation and Support Services

Tourism Ireland is seeking a qualified supplier to implement and support advanced Microsoft technologies across the organization. The successful provider will: • Install and configure Microsoft Purview to enable data governance and compliance monitoring • Establish safe and responsible AI practices through Microsoft Copilot implementation • Deploy and provide training for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat tools • Deliver ongoing technical support and optimization services This is a strategic engagement to help Tourism Ireland modernize its data management, enhance productivity through AI-assisted tools, and ensure responsible technology adoption. The contract will run for up to 3 years, subject to annual performance reviews and budget availability.
