Road Reconstruction Project II/648

This public procurement contract involves the signing of a work contract with a single supplier for construction work related to the project "Reconstruction of Road II/648 from Dobrá to Třanovice, SO 103.2 km 18,563-21,340". The construction work includes the reconstruction of Road II/648 in the section between Dobrá and Třanovice. In phases SO 103.2 and SO 103.3, the surface repair will be carried out using cold recycling technology. The project also includes the reconstruction of culverts 648-027P and 648-028P, which will be newly constructed. For culvert 648-029P, the front will be rehabilitated. The total length of sections SO 103.2 and SO 103.3 is 2,865.65 meters. Additionally, the work involves SO 204 Bridge no. 648-028, which carries the main route of Road II/648 over the local stream Mašalec. The existing bridge is a single-span slab, simply supported, with a reinforced concrete structure and reinforced concrete abutments. The construction work will take place using a detour route during the total closure, and the contractor is responsible for designing a safe and reasonably distant detour route, including a route for pedestrians. In this regard, the contracting authority requires the selected supplier to inform the residents in the affected area about the planned closure. The specific form of information dissemination (e.g., printed flyers, posting on the municipality's website, or in the municipality's mobile application) will be communicated to the contractor upon handing over the construction site. The public procurement is being conducted according to § 7 of the law by the contracting authorities, the Administration of Roads of the Moravian-Silesian Region, a contributory organization, and the Directorate of Roads and Highways, state enterprise, with the Administration of Roads of the Moravian-Silesian Region being authorized for all actions related to the procurement process.
