Road Repair Project in Hlinka – Slezské Pavlovice

This public procurement contract involves the selection of a contractor to carry out construction work for the project "Repair of the surface of road III/45726 Hlinka – Slezské Pavlovice". The work includes the repair of the road surface in the first phase, which consists of replacing a 100 mm asphalt layer and partially replacing the underlying layer with a thickness of 200 mm. A portion of the underlying layer, 250 mm thick, will be recycled using cold recycling technology. In the section from 0.000 to 1.790 km, only the unpaved shoulder will be restored. In the section from 1.790 to 3.050 km, structural layers will be excavated, local repairs of the underlying layer (approximately 20%) and local repairs of the shoulder (approximately 80%) will be conducted. The structural layers of the roadway (ACP, ACO) will be partially replaced using cold recycling technology, while maintaining the existing level. This phase of construction also includes the repair of four road culverts, where existing concrete pipes DN 400 and DN 600 will be replaced with new plastic DN 600 pipes. The unpaved shoulders will be restored, drainage adjustments will be made, and repairs to the drainage inlets and horizontal road markings will be carried out. The construction will take place under a complete closure of road III/45726, with access allowed for emergency services and buses. The contracting authority requires the selected contractor to inform local residents about the planned closure. The specific method of communication (e.g., printed flyers, posting on the municipality's website, or in the municipality's mobile application) will be communicated to the contractor upon handover of the construction site.
