    Brief

    This contract involves the implementation of a Dynamic Road Information System at the Provincial Roads Authority in Olsztyn, Poland. The main goal of this project is to enhance transportation safety in response to identified regional issues. Key components of the project include: 1. Developing a dynamic road information platform that utilizes data from public e-service databases and road asset management tools. 2. Integrating the platform with a mobile application that provides updates on maintenance activities (such as grass cutting, surface painting, and snow removal) and other events affecting traffic (like accidents, landslides, and road damage). 3. Connecting the platform with traffic safety devices, including cameras and weather stations that monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, visibility, etc.). 4. Integrating with pre-selection weighing systems. 5. Launching two public services at a maturity level of 5 (Information on travel conditions and Vehicle information). 6. Purchasing traffic safety devices such as pre-selection scales, overview cameras, ANPR cameras, and metrological stations. 7. Establishing IT infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of the dynamic road information platform and e-services, with resilience against cyber threats. 8. Sharing data with other systems/platforms through standard WFS, WMS services, and an API while maintaining data privacy and confidentiality. The project also aims to increase the usage of electronic public services by citizens, businesses, and administration by creating and providing e-services related to travel conditions and vehicles on provincial roads. The contract includes several stages: 1. Purchasing the Dynamic Road Information System platform and developing public e-services. 2. Integrating the platform with devices and systems. 3. Purchasing and delivering IT infrastructure with installation and configuration. 4. Purchasing and delivering traffic safety devices with installation. 5. Enhancing the digital skills of employees. 6. Conducting promotional activities.
