Fencing, Gates and Security Installations Framework for Harrow Council

Harrow Council is seeking a supplier to provide fencing installations, maintenance, repairs, replacements, and associated groundworks across its extensive estate. The scope includes approximately 83 parks and open spaces (covering 1,100+ hectares), 33 allotment sites with around 1,020 plots, and 7 cemeteries and burial grounds. The supplier will manage various fencing types including timber systems, metal railings, mesh fencing, and security fencing with associated gate installations. The supplier must provide all labour, supervision, materials, and equipment; conduct surveys and quotations; ensure compliance with applicable legislation; and complete works with full documentation. This is an open framework agreement where work will be instructed through call-off orders, except for classified emergency works. The successful supplier will deliver a flexible and responsive service capable of managing a varied asset base across multiple location types.
