Home Group Limited - Yorkshire Planned Maintenance Contractor

Home Group is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor to deliver a planned maintenance programme across the Yorkshire region using an interfaced service delivery solution. The successful contractor will take responsibility for ongoing maintenance works, with an anticipated commencement date of 1st April 2027. This is a 5-year contract comprising an initial 2-year term, followed by two optional 2-year extensions, and a final 1-year extension period. TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) is expected to apply, meaning existing staff may transfer to the appointed contractor. Interested contractors should have proven experience in delivering large-scale planned maintenance programmes, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to work within an interfaced delivery model.
