Security Systems Repairs and Maintenance Contractor Framework

Home Group is seeking to appoint qualified and experienced contractors to a regional framework to provide comprehensive security systems services. Services include: responsive repairs and emergency attendance, periodic safety testing, planned preventative maintenance, major component replacements, and asset condition reporting. The framework covers a range of security and access control systems including door entry and access control systems, automatic doors, motorised gates, rising barriers, rising bollards, roller shutters, CCTV systems, warden/nurse call systems, and intruder alarms. Two contractors will be appointed per regional lot on a ranked basis, with the highest-scoring tender submission becoming the Rank 1 contractor.
