Event Organization Services for Public Awareness Campaigns in Romania

The Gorj County Council is seeking suppliers to provide services for organizing public awareness campaigns related to the Just Transition Program (PTJ). This contract is divided into two lots: **Lot 1:** Organizing periodic information and awareness campaigns about the PTJ. This includes conducting 10 campaigns in towns directly affected by the transition process, specifically in Târgu Jiu, Rovinari, Târgu Cărbunești, Motru, and Turceni. The campaigns will target local residents, with an estimated minimum participation of 50 people per event for 5 campaigns and 25 people for the remaining 5 campaigns. **Lot 2:** Development, production, and distribution of advertising and informational materials, as well as media broadcasting to raise awareness about the PTJ. This includes: - A radio campaign on two regional stations, producing 10 radio spots with a minimum of 4 broadcasts per day during peak hours, throughout the contract duration. - A TV campaign on a regional TV station, producing 4 TV spots with similar broadcasting requirements. - A local online campaign, creating various types of banners and advertorials to be displayed on the Gorj County Council website and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Interested suppliers must submit any requests for clarifications regarding the tender documentation at least 18 days before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests 11 days before the bid submission deadline.
