Framework Agreement for ICT Component Supplies in the Czech Republic

This public procurement contract involves the supply of ICT components based on framework agreements or framework purchase contracts. The contract is divided into four parts, and suppliers are allowed to submit bids for any one part, multiple parts, or all parts of the contract. A framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier for each part. Public contracts based on the framework agreement will be awarded without reopening the competition. The contracting authority conducts the procurement procedure as a central buyer for the contributory organizations it has established, which will independently procure supplies based on the concluded framework agreement for their needs.
