IT Services for Office Environment Management in Hungary

This procurement contract involves the management of the office IT environment owned by the contracting authority (AK). The services include the deployment and comprehensive management of IT equipment owned by AK, as well as the customization of systems necessary for maintaining business continuity. The deployment is relevant for new employees, and the estimated quantities of equipment are as follows: • Mobile office workstations with Windows 10 Professional OS: <35 units • Mobile phones and tablets with Android or iOS: <45 units • Office printers (with eprint and email print services): <5 units. Currently, there is no central printer management system in place. The contract also includes managing user accounts, groups, and permissions, as well as integrating Active Directory with other systems. The expected operational services include managing directory services, desktop workstation services, printer services, virus protection, email, centralized file storage, and support for business management software.
