Cleaning Services for ZUS Headquarters and Documentation Management Department in Warsaw

This contract opportunity involves providing cleaning services for the buildings and external areas of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) headquarters and the Documentation Management and Printing Department located at 25a Podskarbińska Street, Warsaw. The contract is divided into two parts: Part A focuses on professional cleaning services for the ZUS headquarters and its external grounds, as well as for official residences at Czerniakowska 127/202 and Pietraszewicza 11/28. Part B pertains to cleaning services for the Documentation Management and Printing Department building and its external areas. Key tasks include maintaining cleanliness in the ZUS buildings at Szamocka 3 and 5, cleaning the external grounds of these properties, and ensuring the cleanliness of official residences, including changing bed linens. A site visit is available for contractors as per the guidelines in section 2.1.6 of the procurement documentation.
