Centralized Procurement of Office Supplies in Romania

This centralized framework agreement aims to provide office supplies and stationery products as specified in the requirements document. The supplies will be delivered to designated addresses as per the needs of each user, within the allocated budget. Users are the beneficiaries of this framework agreement, as listed in Annex 2 of the requirements document, who will enter into subsequent contracts based on this framework agreement. The minimum and maximum quantities for the entire framework agreement, as well as for the subsequent contracts, are detailed in Annex 1 of the requirements document. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 150,000.00 LEI, excluding VAT, and it covers a period of 1 to 6 months. The maximum estimated value of the procurement represents the total maximum value of the centralized framework agreement resulting from this procedure for its entire duration. The minimum estimated value represents the minimum value of the centralized framework agreement resulting from this procedure for its entire duration. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers; requests made after this period will not be considered. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
