Payment Gateway Services for Ticket Sales in Bratislava

Bratislavská integrovaná doprava, a.s. is seeking a supplier to provide payment gateway services for purchasing travel tickets through the IDS BK mobile application and online store. The mobile app allows users to buy single tickets and top up credit for travel payments, as well as purchase subscription tickets valid for longer periods (7, 30, 90, and 365 days). The online store facilitates the sale of subscription tickets for contactless smart cards and credit top-ups for electronic wallets. Future plans include selling virtual transport cards. The contract includes: a) Providing payment gateway services for electronic transactions in the mobile app for 48 months; b) Providing payment gateway services for electronic transactions in the online store for 48 months; c) Delivering detailed documentation, including a user manual for the payment gateways for the public buyer's employees, as well as technical documentation covering technical solutions, security rules, process descriptions, implementation requirements, and other business aspects.
