Construction of Non-Massive Floor Coverings – Coating Works

This project involves the development of the Bavarian Center for Alpine Safety, specifically the second construction phase. The Bergwacht Foundation, a non-profit organization, owns the property and operates the Mountain Rescue Center for Safety and Training. This center includes a simulation and training hall established in 2007, which was expanded into the Bavarian Helicopter Simulation Center between 2012 and 2016. The goal is to enhance the center into a comprehensive facility for Alpine safety, ensuring the effectiveness of volunteer mountain rescue operations in Bavaria and improving collaboration with all partners in mountain rescue and disaster response. The second phase of construction aims to create a professional and sustainable working environment for training, management, development, logistics in mountain rescue, and disaster response operations. Key building details as of August 2024 include: Gross floor area (GFA): Level 1 approximately 775 m², Level 2 approximately 931 m², Level 3 approximately 863 m², totaling approximately 2,569 m². Dimensions: Length approximately 72 m, Width approximately 15 m, Height approximately 12 m. Gross volume: approximately 10,715 m³. External areas: approximately 5,296 m².
