IT Support and Maintenance Services for HPE Servers

This contract involves the procurement of support and maintenance services for HPE Complete Care hardware. The service includes both proactive and reactive activities aimed at maximizing the security, performance, and availability of the HPE virtualization platform. Key components of the service include: • Proactive Support: Actions designed to prevent critical situations, enhancing the quality and stability of systems. This includes short-term advice and guidance for addressing issues not covered by reactive incident resolution activities, as well as consultative assistance related to the design, development, and implementation of HPE systems used by IAM. Also known as preventive maintenance. • Corrective Maintenance: Focused on the quick and effective resolution of incidents and problems that arise during the use of HPE products. These activities aim to minimize the impact of detected symptoms and ensure operational continuity. Also known as corrective maintenance. All services will be provided in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in the Particular Technical Specifications document.
