System Management Software Package for Delivery, Implementation, and Maintenance

This contract involves the delivery, implementation, and maintenance of a system for installing and managing operating systems, software, and updates for each client. The solution aims to install and maintain computers with an operating system. This includes the automatic installation of a configured operating system over the network, configuration of settings necessary for operation within the hospital networks, driver installation tailored to the hardware, and installation of necessary updates for the operating system. After the operating system installation, assigned application programs and additional settings will be automatically installed. During ongoing operations, application programs can be updated or new ones assigned, with reboots only conducted in consultation with the user to avoid disrupting hospital operations. The main services include: • Delivery and commissioning of an on-premise software distribution system • Installation and admin workshop for system commissioning • Maintenance and support of the software distribution software (upgrades and updates).
