    Brief

The Education Authority Northern Ireland (EANI) is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to gather market insights on vehicle tracking and telematics solutions for their school vehicle fleet. This is a scoping and consultation phase, not a formal tender. EANI seeks to understand current market solutions, assess feasibility of requirements, explore procurement approaches, and gather indicative costs to support business case development. The exercise also provides an opportunity for suppliers to highlight potential risks or implementation considerations. Key details: This PME exercise does not constitute a commitment to procure, and information gathered will not be used to advantage or disadvantage suppliers in any future formal tender process. Participation is entirely voluntary and will not affect future procurement eligibility. Interested suppliers must complete and submit the questionnaire (available on eTendersNI reference 6597982) via the messaging function by 13:00 on Friday 17th July 2026. Selected participants may be invited to attend follow-up discussion sessions with EANI at their discretion.
