Supply of Field Protection Equipment for 220/110 kV Power Station in Łośnice

This contract involves the supply of field protection equipment for the 220/110 kV Power Station in Łośnice, Poland. The buyer reserves the right to specify additional delivery locations within Poland. Detailed information can be found in Part IV of the Terms of Reference - Contract Template. Additionally, the contract includes an option for training the buyer's staff on each type of supplied Protection Terminal, as outlined in Part II of the Terms of Reference - Technical Specifications, section 1.3. The buyer allows equivalent solutions to those described in the contract, provided they meet or exceed the specified characteristics or parameters. This means that the contractor may propose solutions that are either described by the buyer or are 'equivalent'. According to Article 101, section 5 of the law, a contractor who refers to equivalent solutions must demonstrate that their proposed supplies meet the buyer's requirements, particularly through the evidence specified in Articles 104-107 of the law, proving that the proposed solutions meet the requirements outlined in the contract description.
