Supplies of Cleaning and Sanitary Products for Public Water Management

This contract involves the ongoing supply of cleaning and sanitary products for bathroom facilities, household chemicals, and accessories necessary for maintaining cleanliness for the Regional Water Management Authority in Poznań and its subordinate units. Detailed conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the attachment to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the order. The specific scope and description of the subject of the order are defined in the attachment to the SWZ – Assortment and Price Form. The buyer reserves the right to change the quantity of the order based on changing needs while maintaining the unit prices presented by the contractor in the offer. The quantity of goods indicated in the Assortment and Price Form is an estimated amount for the contractor's orientation only. The delivered goods must be packaged to prevent damage during transport and secured against unauthorized access. The contractor is responsible for any damages. The price offered in the Assortment and Price Form should include all costs related to the delivery of the order, including transportation costs. The contractor will provide a warranty for the delivered products for a period of 24 months from the date of the official acceptance of the products by the parties (without reservations), and the warranty period cannot be shorter than the warranty provided to the contractor by the manufacturer or distributor of the products.
