Data Resource Center Services for Mobility in Lyon

This framework agreement aims to enable the Syndicat des mobilités des territoires de l'aire métropolitaine lyonnaise (SMT AML) to implement a geo-resource center for mobility data. This center will utilize a shared Geographic Information System (GIS) to centralize geographic information related to mobility. It will facilitate various processing operations such as geo-processing, statistical analysis, data cross-referencing, and thematic analysis. Additionally, it will produce content including maps, printed materials, data visualizations, interactive web maps, dynamic dashboards, and observatories based on this data. The goal is to support various uses of its services, including user information, mobility studies, and mobility observatories, as well as those of its partners. The framework agreement will be executed through subsequent contracts and/or purchase orders as per the specifications outlined. The maximum budget for this agreement is €870,000 excluding tax for the duration of the contract.
