Software Security Packages - Framework Agreement for Document Printing Security Application Supply

This contract involves establishing a framework agreement with a single economic operator for the procurement of the product 'Document Printing Security Application'. The designated structures listed in Annex 2 of the specifications (including various military units in Bucharest, Constanța, Focșani, Cluj-Napoca, Sibiu, Brașov, Galați, Pitești, Iași, and Timișoara) have the right to enter into subsequent contracts based on the framework agreement that will be awarded following this public procurement procedure, within the limits of the quantities established for each structure as detailed in Annex 3 of the specifications. The designated structures will award public procurement contracts under the framework agreement with the signing economic operator, adhering to the elements/conditions outlined in the framework agreement. The deadline for requesting clarifications on the awarding documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
