Legal Services for Employment and Social Law

This procurement opportunity is for legal consulting and assistance services for all departments of Constructys, particularly the Human Resources Department. The focus areas include employment law, social law, social protection, labor criminal law, administrative law related to social/employment law, social security law, individual labor relations, collective relations, social engineering, and human resources. The procurement process follows a simplified procedure as per the public procurement code. The resulting public contract will be a single-award framework agreement that outlines all contractual terms and will be executed as purchase orders are issued. There is no minimum order amount, but the maximum order value over the total duration of the public contract is €745,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement is initially set for 12 months from the notification date and can be automatically renewed three times for additional 12-month periods. If Constructys decides not to renew the contract, they will inform the contractor via the public procurement platform at least two months before the current contract period ends. The contractor cannot refuse the renewal decided by Constructys.
