Germany – Metal Construction Works – MPI for Multidisciplinary Natural Sciences - New Construction of Tower VII: Interior Metal Doors

This contract involves the supply and installation of various metal construction elements for the new Tower VII at the MPI for Multidisciplinary Natural Sciences. The scope of work includes: - Steel sheet interior doors, with and without fire protection and sound insulation requirements. - Steel-glass elements that meet fire protection standards. - Shaft doors that comply with fire protection regulations. Please note that bidders should consider potential impacts on their proposals due to external events (e.g., COVID-19 or the Ukraine war), which may affect material availability, workforce, and the timely submission of required documentation. Any questions related to these issues should be submitted via the eProcurement messaging system before the submission deadline. Execution timelines: Work must commence within 12 working days after receiving the request from the contracting authority (as per § 5 Abs. 2 Satz 2 VOB/B). The request is expected to be sent by October 1, 2025. The project must be completed (ready for acceptance) within 390 working days from the specified deadline (6 working days per week).
