Brief

This contract involves sanitary installations for a new construction project, including approximately 5 toilet facilities, 5 washbasins, 2 accessible toilets, 2 accessible washbasins, 2 urinals, 1 shower, 8 AGBs, and 10 instantaneous water heaters with all necessary accessories. Additionally, the project includes roof drainage with about 14 roof drains and approximately 520 meters of SML pipes DN 100–250, including insulation and fire protection; 1 double lifting station for rainwater; and wastewater systems with approximately 850 meters of SML pipes DN 50–150, including 14 flat roof penetrations with fire protection, 1 fecal lifting station, 1 double lifting station, and 1 sump pump. Laboratory water systems will require about 500 meters of PE-HD pipes DN 50–150, and condensate drainage will involve approximately 270 meters of CRNI pipes DN 25-32. The drinking water installation will consist of about 1,500 meters of CRNI pipes DN 15–125 with insulation and fire protection, a house connection, a distributor, and 115 meters of PE100 pressure pipes DN 25-125, including 7 hygiene flushes and 27 flow dividers. The media supply for the new construction will include technical gases: Argon and Nitrogen with approximately 400 meters of Cu-DHP pipes DN 20, purity class 5.5, and helium return with about 100 meters of stainless steel and Cu-DHP pipes DN 100, purity class 5.5. Compressed air will require approximately 750 meters of stainless steel press fitting systems, DN 15–50, including fire protection technology, distribution systems, shut-off valves, and all necessary accessories. Suppliers should consider potential impacts on material and product availability, workforce, and possible delays in providing required documentation due to external events (e.g., SARS-CoV-2 or the Ukraine war).
