IT Equipment Supply for eHealth Project in Brașov

This procurement opportunity is for the supply of IT equipment as part of the project "Interconnected Digital Platforms and IT Equipment for the Implementation of eHealth at the Brașov County Emergency Clinical Hospital." The project aims to enhance the digital transformation of healthcare services through the development of an eHealth and telemedicine system. The specific investment focuses on improving the IT infrastructure of public healthcare units, including hardware (computers, tablets, laptops, Wi-Fi equipment) and software applications. The goal is to increase the quality of medical services and patient satisfaction by addressing existing challenges that the medical unit has faced due to a lack of resources. Key objectives include: 1. Improving communication networks (IT infrastructure); 2. Implementing and/or enhancing clinical software and interoperability; 3. Implementing and/or enhancing non-clinical software and interoperability. The estimated value of the procurement is 987,790.93 lei (excluding VAT), which includes delivery, installation, and commissioning of the purchased equipment, as well as warranty provisions. The procurement consists of the following lots: - Lot 1: Server and network equipment - 591,110.21 lei (excluding VAT) - Lot 2: IT equipment with accessories - 349,266.32 lei (excluding VAT) - Lot 3: ScanX equipment - 47,414.40 lei (excluding VAT). The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests no later than 11 days before the offer submission deadline.
