Electricity Supply for Academic and Student Campus

This contract involves the supply of electricity for the Academic Campus and Student Campus at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University in Iasi, Romania. The contract is set for a duration of 6 months, with an estimated value of 5,615,712 lei. Suppliers are invited to submit their offers based on the specifications outlined in the procurement documentation. The contracting authority will provide clear and complete responses to all clarification requests received before the deadline for offer submissions, which is 11 days prior to the submission deadline. Suppliers have 17 days to request clarifications. Depending on financial needs and possibilities, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract validity for up to 4 months beyond the initial term, as per Article 165 of HG no. 395/2016. The estimated value for any potential extensions is 3,228,500 lei, excluding VAT.
