Security Services for Extra-Academic Program

This contract involves the procurement of security services for the Extra-Academic Program Campus, specifically during nights, weekends, and holidays, for a duration of 24 months. The service will cover 13 positions and will be outsourced to provide security exclusively during weekends and legal holidays (24 hours a day), as well as night security (from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM). The need for this procurement was established by the decision of the Administrative Council of Gheorghe Asachi Technical University in Iași, as noted in the minutes from the council meeting on July 10, 2025. The council decided to initiate the procurement for outsourcing security services for 13 positions during night shifts, weekends, and legal holidays, in accordance with the objective set by the Rector's Decision No. 957/04.07.2025. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information before the deadline for submitting offers, which is on the 14th day. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting their bids.
