Cleaning Supplies for Healthcare Kitchen in Bolesławiec

This contract involves the ongoing supply of cleaning products for the healthcare kitchen II at the Healthcare Team in Bolesławiec. The supplier is responsible for delivering the products to the specified location, including transportation and handling. The detailed specifications and requirements for the products are outlined in the pricing form (Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ). All offered products must meet the required technical and user parameters, be brand new, unused, free from defects, and retain their original packaging with manufacturer markings and catalog numbers. The supplier must provide catalog numbers for product identification, as this is crucial for compliance with the specifications. The offered products must also have the necessary certifications for use in healthcare according to Polish and EU law. Only one complete offer can be submitted by each supplier, and partial offers are not allowed. The buyer reserves the right to verify the credibility of the parameters provided by the supplier. Additionally, each delivery must include a Polish-language leaflet with essential information for the end user.
