The valuation area is a core activity of the Motor Agency, and the Tax Administration's solution for semi-automatic valuation, known as 'SAV', is a strategic component of this work. SAV supports efficient, consistent, and high-quality valuation of motor vehicles, for example, in connection with tax adjustments, price checks, and control cases. The supplier, under the awarded contract, will establish a platform that serves as the basis for the supplier's operation, support, and maintenance of the system. Additionally, the supplier must provide the necessary resources to ensure that SAV can be continuously developed to include additional functionality, taking into account the buyer's needs and business. When establishing the platform, the supplier must ensure that it has sufficient capacity and can be scaled continuously as the buyer's needs change.
