Construction of Fire Stations in Wurster Nordseeküste

The municipality of Wurster Nordseeküste is planning the construction of two new fire stations: one at Nordholz-Deichsende and another at Midlum. The fire station in Nordholz-Deichsende will be located at Feuerwehrweg 60, 27639 Wurster Nordseeküste, and the Midlum station will be at Specken 60a, 27639 Wurster Nordseeküste. Both buildings will be single-story, constructed with solid materials, featuring a combination of brick and flat roofs. The vehicle hall adjacent to the Nordholz-Deichsende station will have a sloped sandwich roof for drainage. The Midlum station will have deep foundations, while the Nordholz-Deichsende station will have shallow foundations. The contract includes the flooring work (Estricharbeiten) for both stations. The expected construction timelines are as follows: Nordholz-Deichsende from January 16 to February 13, 2026, and Midlum from April 23 to May 8, 2026. The exact execution deadlines will be determined according to VOB/B §5 Abs. 3.
