Architectural Services for Building Renovation in Wrocław

This contract involves providing architectural services for the renovation and reconstruction of residential buildings in Wrocław. The selected supplier will be responsible for: 1) Creating and delivering detailed design and cost documentation for the renovation and reconstruction of specified buildings, as outlined in the project documentation guidelines. 2) Obtaining and delivering the construction permit from the Wrocław City Office's Department of Architecture and Monuments, along with confirmation of the application submission for the permit. This includes ensuring that the decision is final and obtaining a certificate stating there are no grounds for objection to the construction work as per Article 30, paragraph 5aa of the Construction Law of July 7, 1994. 3) Providing author supervision during the construction work as per the developed documentation.
