Architectural Services for Building Projects in Wrocław

This contract involves providing detailed design and cost documentation for the renovation and reconstruction of buildings at the tram depot located at Legnicka Street 65 in Wrocław. The selected supplier will be responsible for: 1) Creating and delivering the design and cost documentation to the contracting authority, as outlined in the guidelines for the documentation preparation; 2) Obtaining and providing the contracting authority with the construction permit decision from the Wrocław City Office's Department of Architecture and Monuments (WAiZ UM), along with confirmation of the application submission for the issuance of a certificate that the decision is final, or obtaining and providing a certificate confirming that there are no grounds for objection to the planned construction works in accordance with Article 30, paragraph 5aa of the Construction Law of July 7, 1994; 3) Providing author supervision during the execution of the construction works covered by the developed documentation.
