Fire Safety Maintenance Services for Lille University

This contract opportunity involves the preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety systems for Lille University, ENSAPL, ESJ Lille, and Sciences Po Lille as part of a joint procurement initiative. The services include: - Supply and installation of fire extinguishers - Replacement of fire hydrants and fire hoses - Provision and installation of evacuation and intervention plans as needed - Annual testing of the suction posts for the two underground tanks on the Cité scientifique campus. Lille University is the coordinator of this joint procurement and will manage the consultation process until the contract is awarded. Each member of the group will then place orders to meet their individual needs with the selected supplier. This is an open tender in accordance with public procurement regulations. It is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders issued as per the relevant articles of the public procurement code. The framework agreement has no minimum amount but has a maximum amount per lot: Lot 1 for extinguisher maintenance is capped at €1,300,000 excluding VAT, and Lot 2 for maintenance of fire hydrants and tanks is capped at €200,000 excluding VAT. Bidders may submit offers for any of the lots. In case of discrepancies in the consultation documents, the order of precedence is as stated in Article 2 of the CCAP.
