Fire Safety Maintenance Services for Lille University and Associated Institutions

This contract opportunity involves preventive and corrective maintenance services for fire safety systems at Lille University, the National School of Architecture and Landscape of Lille (ENSAPL), the Higher School of Journalism of Lille (ESJ Lille), and Sciences Po Lille, as part of a joint procurement initiative. The services include: - Supply and installation of fire extinguishers - Replacement of fire hydrants and fire hoses - Provision and installation of evacuation and intervention plans as needed - Annual testing of the suction posts of the two underground tanks on the Cité scientifique campus. Detailed descriptions and technical specifications of the installations are provided in the annexes of the special technical specifications document (CCTP). Lille University acts as the coordinator for this joint procurement, managing the consultation process until the contract is awarded. Each member of the group will place orders to meet their individual needs with the selected supplier. This is an open tender as defined by articles L2124-1, L2124-2, R2124-1, and R2124-2 (1°) of the Public Procurement Code. It is a single-award framework agreement with the issuance of purchase orders as per articles L2125-1 (1°), R2162-1 to R2162-6, and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is established with no minimum amount and a maximum amount per lot: Lot 1: Maintenance of fire extinguishers; Lot 2: Maintenance of fire hydrants, dry columns, and tanks. Bidders may submit offers for each lot. The maximum amounts for the duration of the contract are: Lot 1: €1,300,000 excluding VAT; Lot 2: €200,000 excluding VAT. In case of discrepancies among the consultation documents, the documents will prevail in the order specified in article 2 of the CCAP.
