Brief

BlueLight Commercial and the Asset Management Office for Policing are establishing a framework for managing seized asset recovery across UK policing and law enforcement agencies. This opportunity invites suppliers to participate in Stage 2 one-to-one engagement sessions to discuss their capability, capacity and appetite for providing asset recovery services. Stage 1 documentation and video recordings are available via the e-tendering portal. The framework will support Police Forces in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, plus other law enforcement agencies handling assets under the Proceeds of Crime Act and related legislation. Required services span five main categories: jewellery, precious metals and collectables; land, marine and aviation vehicles; residential and commercial property; high-value portable assets including art, antiques and luxury goods; and volume goods and general seized property such as electronics, clothing, tools and household items. An additional lot covers collection, valuation and realisation of lower-value items held under the Police Property Act. Interested suppliers should register via the e-tendering portal to arrange a one-to-one session.
