Police Vehicle Livery Design, Application and Removal Services

Devon and Cornwall Police seek a supplier to design, supply, apply, and remove police livery on vehicles for multiple regional police forces including Avon and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire Police, with potential for additional forces. The supplier must be capable of applying standard Battenberg livery and custom special designs to various vehicle types including patrol cars, light and medium vans, large vehicles, motorcycles, boats, horse boxes, trailers, and ancillary items. All work must comply with Home Office Scientific Development Branch Police Vehicle Livery Specifications (HOSDB 14/04, HOSDB 47/06, HOSDB 43/04, HOSDB 01/96, PSDB 43/04, and Chapter 8 Vehicle Markings standards as minimum). Services include application of Force Crests, bespoke designs, and full removal capabilities. Suppliers should demonstrate expertise in high-visibility police markings and ability to work across multiple vehicle platforms and force requirements.
