Project Management Services for Construction in Germany

The Medical Center for Health Bad Lippspringe GmbH (MZG) is planning the energy-efficient renovation of the Martinusquelle Clinic, which includes a thermal swimming pool and sports hall. The clinic will remain fully operational throughout the renovation, with all patients present on-site. The renovation will be carried out in phases. The parts of the building affected by the renovation will be vacated during the project implementation, allowing for simultaneous renovation. The construction services are initially estimated at €8.62 million net. The eligible costs (net) for the requested services will be detailed separately in the service description (Part B). The object and specialist planning will be awarded separately. The future project manager is expected to ensure that the defined project goals (especially quality, costs, and deadlines) are achieved through project management services according to AHO, Issue No. 9, Project Management Services in Construction and Real Estate, as of March 2020. Project management services will be awarded on a phased basis across all action areas and project stages 1 to 5 according to AHO (phased). At a minimum, services for project stages 1 and 2 will be awarded. Further project stages will be commissioned as follows: Stage 1: Project stages 1 - 2, Stage 2: Project stages 3 - 5 (optional). The contractor has no entitlement to the commissioning of further services and stages (in whole or in part). No additional fee claims can be made from the phased commissioning. All services, proof of performance, and documentation related to the funded services must comply with EFRE regulations.
