Germany – Structural Planning Services

The Medical Center for Health Bad Lippspringe GmbH (MZG) is planning the energy-efficient renovation of the Martinusquelle Clinic, which includes a thermal swimming pool and sports hall. The clinic will remain fully operational throughout the renovation, with all patients present on-site. The renovation will be carried out in phases. The parts of the building affected by the renovation will be vacated during the project implementation, allowing for simultaneous renovation. The construction services are initially estimated at €8.62 million net. The eligible costs (net) for the requested services will be specified separately in the service description (Part B). In this context, planning services for structural planning according to § 49 ff HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 HOAI, service phases 1-6, will be awarded through an open procedure. At least the services of service phases 1 to 4 (initial commissioning) will be awarded. Further commissioning of additional service phases will occur in the following stages: - Stage 1: Service phases 1 - 4 (initial commissioning), - Stage 2: Service phase 5 - Stage 3: Service phase 6. The contractor has no entitlement to the commissioning of further services and stages (in whole or in part). No additional fee claims can be made from the staged commissioning. All services related to planning, verification, and documentation that are funded by the grant notice must be provided in compliance with EFRE regulations.
