Meal Preparation Services Contract

This contract involves the provision of meal preparation services for various municipal needs in the City of Touquet-Paris-Plage. It is divided into three lots: Lot 1 focuses on meal services for autonomous residences; Lot 2 covers municipal meal services during the school year and for municipal holiday centers; and Lot 3 is for meals for children at the municipal nursery 'les p'tits loups'. The contract is a single-award framework agreement without negotiation, allowing for the issuance of purchase orders as needed, with a maximum total value of €1,507,000 excluding VAT. The contract duration is 12 months starting from July 1, 2025, with the possibility of annual renewal for up to 4 years, ending on June 30, 2029. A site visit is mandatory, and an attestation must be submitted with the offer. Variants are not allowed.
