Software Subscription and Support Services for Atlassian Products

This contract involves the delivery of a subscription for Atlassian software, including technical support from the manufacturer and expert consulting services. The contract is divided into a main order and an option: 1. The main order includes the delivery of the subscription covering the products listed in Table 1, along with technical support from the manufacturer. 2. The option includes expert consulting hours for technical support and training on Atlassian tools. The detailed description of the contract is provided in Chapter II of the procurement documentation. The contracting authority will evaluate offers in reverse order, first assessing the offers and then qualifying the highest-rated supplier. The contracting authority is also the data controller under EU regulations on personal data protection. Offers must be submitted electronically via the eZamówienia platform. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement if public funds are not allocated. The main order must be completed within specified deadlines, with subscriptions and support lasting until June 27, 2026. The contractor must also provide expert consulting hours upon request until the end of the technical support period.
