Telecommunications Equipment for Educational Infrastructure Development

The project seeks to procure telecommunications equipment necessary for the development of educational infrastructure at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. This includes the rehabilitation and equipping of the building located at Str. Observatorului nr. 2, Cluj-Napoca. The goal is to enhance research, development, innovation, digitalization, and the adoption of advanced technologies. The procurement includes various lots of equipment, such as: Lot 1 – Digital video signal generation, analysis, and monitoring equipment; Lot 2 – Hyperspectral camera; Lot 3 – 3D scanner kit; Lot 4 – Mixed Reality visualization system; Lot 5 – Immersive exploration teaching stand; Lot 6 – 3D rendering technology teaching stand; Lot 7 – Vector signal generator; Lot 8 – Spectrum and signal analyzer; Lot 9 – Fully integrated USRP platform kit type 1; Lot 10 – Virtualization server; Lot 11 – 5G virtual laboratory; Lot 12 – Fully integrated USRP platform kit type 2; Lot 13 – Virtualization server including GPU and storage server; Lot 14 – IoT laboratory with 15 boards; Lot 15 – Mobile multimodal biometric system. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the submission deadline.
