Procurement of Semi-Prepared Animal Products

The contracting authority intends to purchase semi-prepared animal products, including meat and meat products, as specified in the tender documentation. These high-quality products will be used in canteens to prepare meals according to existing recipes and to enhance the quality of the menus. Payment will be made via bank transfer within 30 calendar days from the validation date of the electronic invoice in the national electronic invoicing system, RO e-Factura. Economic operators may request clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documentation up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification regarding the tender documentation as required by Article 160, paragraph 2 of Law 98/2016, 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
