Roof Waterproofing and Insulation Works for Fire Training Center

The Landkreis Schweinfurt is planning the construction of a new fire training center with administrative facilities at the Kreisbauhof in Niederwerrn. The foundation work has already begun. This procurement opportunity includes roof waterproofing works, plumbing works, and green roofing with the following scope: - Waterproofing and insulation on two concrete roofs using bitumen membranes - Waterproofing and insulation on a trapezoidal sheet roof and a canopy using bitumen membranes - Waterproofing at building entrances to the brick facade using bitumen membranes - Parapet coverings - Green roofing and gravel roofing considering photovoltaic modules - Collective fall protection - Additional works such as paving slabs, waterproofing on continuous components, and downpipes.
