Building Services Upgrade with Heat Pump and Air Conditioning Installation

Wayside Celtic FC is seeking qualified contractors to upgrade building services at Jackson Park. The project involves removing existing domestic hot water tanks and equipment, installing a new heat pump-based domestic hot water system, and deploying a two-pipe VRF (variable refrigerant flow) air conditioning system. The successful contractor will handle the complete scope including supply, installation, system controls, commissioning, certification, warranty provision, and disposal of existing equipment. All work must comply with the attached tender specification, Irish and EU building regulations, and relevant manufacturer requirements. This is a full-service contract requiring experienced HVAC professionals with heat pump and VRF system expertise.
