Comprehensive Organization of a Study Trip to Slovakia for Local Action Group Representatives

This contract involves the complete organization of a study trip to Slovakia for representatives of Local Action Groups (LAGs). The services required include transportation, meals, accommodation, and translation. Detailed specifications are provided in Annex 1D of the procurement documents. The conditions for contract execution are outlined in the draft contract terms, which will be incorporated into the public procurement agreement and are included in Annex 1C of the procurement documents. The contracting authority specifies that there is no requirement for the contractor or subcontractor to employ individuals performing tasks related to the execution of the contract under an employment relationship as defined in Article 22 §1 of the Labor Code. The contract is co-financed by the European Union under the scheme II 'Support for the functioning of the national rural network and the implementation of information and promotional activities of the Rural Development Program 2014-2020' – Technical Assistance of the Rural Development Program for the years 2014-2020. The contracting authority intends to allocate a budget of 154,500.00 PLN for this contract.
