Romania – Feasibility Studies and Technical Assistance for Road Modernization

This procurement opportunity involves the development of feasibility studies, technical documentation, and technical assistance for the investment project "MODERNIZATION AND REHABILITATION OF COUNTY ROAD DJ 100B". The goal of this project is to ensure smooth traffic flow in Prahova County, positively impacting both the environment and the community by reducing pollution and traffic time. The DJ 100B road connects several localities, and the total length of the road under consideration is 36.492 km. The required services include: - Field studies (topographic, geotechnical, existing network identification, etc.) - Technical expertise in various specialties (roads, bridges, etc.) - D.A.L.I. documentation - P.A.C. documentation - P.T.E. documentation - Documentation for obtaining the Urbanism Certificate - Approvals and agreements documentation - Environmental impact report - Other specific studies (pedological study, traffic study, etc.) - Technical assistance from the designer throughout the execution of the works. The estimated total value of the project is 7,675,000.00 lei excluding VAT. Interested economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation until 22 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information 12 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Requests for clarifications submitted after the established deadline will not be answered.
