IT Services Contract in Poland

This contract involves the provision of IT services, including the development, implementation, or maintenance of information systems by a specialized IT team. The contract will last for 36 months from the date of signing or until the maximum gross value is reached, whichever comes first. The buyer will issue specific orders for services as needed, based on the framework agreement. Each order will specify the consultant's specialty, the number of consultants, the maximum hours of service per consultant, and the period and location of service. The buyer will evaluate offers in reverse order, first assessing the offers and then qualifying the contractors with the highest scores. The buyer is the data controller under EU regulations regarding personal data protection. Offers must be submitted electronically via the eZamówienia platform. The buyer reserves the right to cancel the procurement if public funds are not allocated. Offers must meet strict requirements outlined in the contract documents. The buyer will enter into a framework agreement with up to eight contractors based on the highest scores in the evaluation criteria. The total budget for this procurement is 99,427,881.46 PLN.
