    Brief

The Technical University of Nuremberg Georg Simon Ohm, one of the largest universities of applied sciences in Germany with nearly 13,000 students, is expanding its facilities. In 2025, a new research building will be opened, which needs to be equipped with media technology. This procurement aims to determine the necessary media technology for the initial setup of this building. The successful bidder, referred to as the contractor, will provide media technology for various spaces within the Ohm Innovation Center, including a large event hall and additional meeting rooms, offices, and laboratories. The event hall will accommodate up to 200 people and includes modular workshop and seminar rooms. The media technology must be robust, user-friendly, modular, open-system, and expandable. The building will also have 35 additional rooms equipped with media technology, including screens with audio and camera functions. The facility is accessible for loading and unloading via multiple entrances and has elevators and staircases for easy movement between floors.
