Building Expansion and Renovation for Gymnase Des Muriers in Cannes

The project involves the rehabilitation and expansion of the Gymnase des Muriers, located at 10 Rue René Dunan, 06150 Cannes la Bocca. This opportunity is divided into 9 separate lots, each to be awarded individually. The project will be executed in two phases: Phase 1 includes the removal and asbestos abatement of the existing cladding on the South, West, and North facades, as well as the construction of a new grandstand and a one-story building on the West facade. Phase 2 will involve the demolition of the East facade building to make way for a new two-story structure; however, this phase is not included in the current consultation and may be carried out at a later date. The total value of the project is approximately €1,165,141.07.
