Therefore, it is deemed appropriate to establish a framework agreement for a duration of 48 months with five economic operators. The framework agreement will be concluded with each of the five winning economic operators, provided that there are five such operators. Suppliers can request clarifications until 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the established deadline for submitting offers.
